The John Deere Pavilion
The cornerstone of a significant downtown Moline, Illinois rehabilitation project, John Deere Commons, the John Deere Pavilion celebrates the long history of the company, its products and the people it serves. It presents both a fond look back and a vision for the future of agriculture in a building shaped to reflect Deere's early factories that once occupied the site. The John Deere Store occupies half of the ground floor in an adjacent office building and the John Deere Collectors Center, Moline Tractor and Plow, was designed for a site one block to the east.
John Deere Commons includes The Pavilion, an arena, a hotel, an office building, a multi-modal transit center, parkland and adaptive reuse of seven historic structures for retail and office uses.
